Picnic in the Park

Tomorrow starting at noon in Martins Ferry City Park we’ll have a booth with prints, cards, and postcards for sale in addition to a live-action screen printing demo where you can pick out a design to have custom printed. Bring a shirt or bag to spruce up! We’ll also have shirts for sale. If you’ve been waiting to see us in action, this is the perfect opportunity!

Saturday also marks the very first visiting artist event for MITCH Collective. Kenneth True will be displaying his extensive quilt collection ranging from 1777 to modern day. He’ll be set up in the American Legion building across from the park from 12-5 and give a special presentation 2-3:30 about the history of the quilts and other interesting facts.

Ken has donated several sewing machines to MITCH Collective (the ones used for Screen Print Quilting) and been extremely supportive of our mission from the very beginning. He’s traveling from Columbus to share his quilts with the town of Martins Ferry. Come out and see his amazing collection!
